What is ResMi Pass?

ResMi Pass is a relationship declaration for international travel. It is designed for couples travelling and staying together who may be asked to state or confirm their relationship status during a trip.

How do I order ResMi Pass?

You order ResMi Pass by completing the online form and entering the email address where you want the document sent. You review your details, complete payment, and the document is generated based on the information you submit.

How is ResMi Pass delivered?

ResMi Pass is delivered electronically. Once payment has been completed, the document is generated automatically and sent to the email address provided and/or made available for direct download.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery is automatic after payment is completed. Check your inbox and spam/junk folder, and ensure you entered the correct email address.

What do I need to do after I receive it?

Print the document and sign it by hand together with the other individual in the relationship. Two witnesses aged 18 or over must also sign to confirm that they have verified your signatures. Bring the signed document with you when you travel.

What details do I need to have ready?

You will need both individuals’ details (name, date of birth, contact details, and passport number or national ID number), travel destination(s) and travel dates, and your relationship status. You also need the relationship start date.

Is ResMi Pass accepted everywhere?

ResMiPass.com cannot guarantee that ResMi Pass will be accepted. Acceptance depends on local rules and procedures and may vary between countries, regions, and providers such as hotels, airlines, and authorities. You must check in advance what is required for your destination and accommodation.

Does ResMi Pass replace official documents?

No. ResMi Pass does not replace passports, visas, marriage certificates, or any other official travel documents. If official documentation is required, you must provide the required documents.

Who is responsible for checking the rules?

The User is responsible for checking the applicable rules and documentation requirements for the destination and the trip, including entry requirements and accommodation rules.

Can I correct the document after ordering?

ResMi Pass is generated from the information submitted in the form. If you enter incorrect information, the document cannot be corrected, as the details are not stored for later editing. In some cases, a credit may be offered, or a refund may be granted so you can place a new order.

Can I get a refund?

Once ResMi Pass has been generated and sent to your email address and/or made available for download, a refund cannot be issued. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.
